SKF (Sri Krishna Foundation) founded in 2005 is a non-profit working on Cultural Values - ie. Preserving Culture& values of traditions in the Society. SKF propagates the awareness of one's connect with society and culture, in its journey towards ‘together for a peaceful world’!
SKF programs help reinforce emotional intelligence in the society and in children Particular, prepare them to face life positively, help them connect with society , tradition and culture constructively.
SKF programs tailored particularly for the STUDENTS AND TEACHING COMMUNITY and are conducted several programs . SKF works on a collaborative model with other Non-profits and Educational Institutions. ‘Content’ used for the programs are well-researched, filtered for ‘fit-to-use’.
Sustained interactions allow PARTICIPANT to think by themselves, understand the role played by society and culture and traditional values in their lives and decide their own 'Value co-ordinates' for life.
Outcomes have been profound - Participants become more sensitive, responsible and start performing better in their lives as vibrant towards the society.

SKF is a not-for-profit Trust formed on 14/09/2005, vide Trust Deed document no. 1997, dated 14/09/2005, and registered with the Sub-Registrar of DISTRICT REGISTRAR, MADURAI SOUTH, TAMILNADU.
SKF is registered under section 12A of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 vide no. C.No.464/183/05-06/CIT-I dated 03.05.2011, WILL HAVE EFFECT IN PERPETITY, with PAN AAFS4370J.
Contributions to SKCT are eligible for exemption under section 80G of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1961 vide no. 80-G/464/183/2005-06 dated 03/05/2011.
The Trust is governed by the Board of Trustees. As most of the strategic and executive functions are managed by honorary Trustees / volunteers, the administration expenses of the Trust are minimal.
The accounts of SKF are maintained as per the Indian Accounting standards and audited as per the statutory requirements. Mr.A. Sankarapandi, Chartered Accountants, Madurai, is the statutory auditor of the Trust.
SKF’s vision of ‘Together for a PEACEFUL world’ is highly inclusive and rooted in spirit of collaboration and mutual respect. HAMSA Movement is a step in that direction where the Content, process and learnings are shared with Individuals, Non-profits Educational Institutions and Organisations, , for them to adapt and implement.
Many individuals, volunteers, non-profits, educational institutions and organisations have already internalized the process and have been reaching out to students and faculties in different parts of the nation.
